Projects and transformation

Seeing change through to the end: a tool people actually use, an organisation that holds, teams on board.

Does this sound familiar?

The situations that most often bring us in.

A new ERP or CRM was bought, but teams are still working in Excel.
The project is moving, but nobody is really steering it.
Your teams resist change, and you don't know how to bring them on board.
You need a website or a management tool, but don't know where to start.
You and your technical supplier don't speak the same language.
Information is scattered and nobody has the big picture.

What I do

From scoping to adoption by your teams.

Scope

Understand the real need, define what the tool or organisation must deliver, and write the specifications.

Run the project

Schedule, budget, supplier coordination, regular progress reviews and timely decisions.

Roll out the tools

ERP, CRM, website, management console: choosing solutions, configuring with suppliers, testing and go-live.

Lead the change

Explain the why, involve teams early, overcome resistance and support managers.

Train the users

Clear user manuals, training sessions on your real cases, internal champions.

Measure adoption

Track real use of the tool and adjust until it becomes second nature.

Four formats

By the day or at a fixed fee, depending on your needs.

Scoping

A few days

A clarified need, specifications and a project plan.

Project lead

Throughout the project

A project manager at your side, from kick-off to go-live.

Support

Several weeks

Change management and team training.

Part-time

A few days a month

Regular, long-term follow-up of your projects.

The project

Roll out a new ERP and structure the Acquisition team around shared tools and procedures.

What I did

Project management of the ERP roll-out, writing the user manuals (Acquisition team, CRM), team training and coaching.

The result

A new ERP in place, and an operational Acquisition team with its own processes, tracking KPIs and a trained, autonomous staff.

Tools I've brought to life

Before running your projects, I ran them for my own companies, from specifications to go-live.
